Thank You!!

So knitting friends!! The clues have all been posted, some are now gone and the completed pattern will be finalized and available on Ravelry in the near future. If you purchased a kit, a pattern will come to you in a few weeks.

Thank you all so much for joining us for the MKAL! We both learned so much and appreciate all the warm comments and help that were shared with the group.
We hope you all learned new things as well! Particularly that lace isn’t as intimitating if you take it one row, one section at a time!! And Life Lines!!

I have decided to sell the retail shop portion of my business and have set September as my end date. I plan to find a place to continue to dye my yarns and make them available in the on line shop. On to new adventures!! It has been a real pleasure to make new friends through this business and I plan to stay connected via Ravelry! Watch the Ravelry group When Calls The Heart for news of future MKALs!

Happy Stitching!!

When Calls the Heart MKAL and Hope Rising Shawl MKAL Clue # 8 Final Clue

April 8, 2017 By Jules Leave a Comment

Well.. This season has certainly been full of twists and turns!! Elizabeth continues to work her magic where children are concerned, Jack is off fighting the good fight and Bill discovers one of the twists!! I like a woman who isn’t afraid to use a fry pan as a weapon!! Those railroad guys…..GRRRR!
I’m glad we have a few more episodes before the end of the season or it would sure be a cliff hanger!
This is however, the last of the clues for the MKALs! You have successfully hung on and should be getting close to finishing!!

If you purchased one of the kits, you will be receiving a full complete version of the pattern via your Ravelry account. If you don’t have a Rav account it will be sent to you via email, pdf. This will take a bit of time, as I will have to coordinate orders with Rav names and I may have to email some of you to clarify. If you don’t hear from me and you think you should have gotten a pattern, please let me know.

Clue #8 has been removed. Pattern available soon.

When Calls The Heart MKAL and MKAL Shawl Clue #7

April 1, 2017 By Jules Leave a Comment

Well. I can’t say much about last week’s episode without spoiling it for all the folks who watch the show delayed! Let’s just say it was a tear jerker…but then I cry at EVERYTHING! Yes, Jack and Elizabeth are both still alive, the kids are still above average in the cute factor and Gowan is still evil!!
This week’s episode should be a good one and has the potential for one of those frustrating “to be continued….” finishes! We shall see!
This is the last of two clues and the MKALs will be done. We will continue to stay connected via Ravelry and here for the duration of the show as folks finish up. Enjoy this week’s knitting!!

Clue #7 has been removed. pattern available soon.

When Calls the Heart MKAL and Shawl MKAL Clue #6

March 25, 2017 By Jules Leave a Comment

What a cliff hanger! I was shocked that the episode was over, there was so much to resolve! That Gowan! He’s got his slippery fingers in everything! And those kids!! Proud of them for sticking together!!
I have confidence that the Hope Valley Community will hang together and set things to rights.
I have been so delighted by all the progress photos!! Keep going we’re very close to being done!!

Clue #6 has been removed. The complete pattern will be available on Ravelry in the next few weeks!

When Calls the Heart MKAL and Hope Rising Shawl MKAL Clue #5

March 18, 2017 By Jules Leave a Comment

Whooo Boy!! Last week’s episode was really full of surprises!! I can’t wait for this week! Pardon me while I get on my soapbox for a moment but it is so frustrating whenever I see business taking priority over people. I don’t understand why it isn’t good business to work with people instead of ignoring them.I have been accused of being a socialist and in this scenario, I’ll take the label! Abigail was doing her best and then Gowan puts his oar in!! She stood up to his shenanigans though, what is coming next!!??

The knitting I have seen on these two projects are just beautiful!! Well done everyone! Enjoy clue #5!!
Clue # 5 has been removed. The complete pattern will be available on Ravelry in the next few weeks!
